In this arbitration case, the first procedural hearings took place on April 12, 2024, during which the procedural rules of the proceedings were discussed, including the timeline for submitting written and oral positions. On December 12, 2024, Armenia submitted a request for bifurcation of the proceedings, which, if granted, would result in the issue of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction being considered in a separate phase.
