On 15 October 2015 the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights delivered its judgment in the case of Perincek v. Switzerland. Gevorg Kostanyan, Republic of Armenia Government Representative before the European Court of Human Rights, Republic of Armenia Prosecutor General provided insights on this judgment.
The interview mainly discussed the Armenia’s intervention as a third party, the grounds and limitations preconditioned by its status of third party intervener, as well as the aim sought by Armenia and the essence of the judgment.
The RA Government Representative before the European Court of Human Rights has also provided insights on the recently delivered judgment in the case of Saghatelyan v. Armenia.
