The European Court decided to strike the applications out of its list of cases

On 29 November 2018 the European Court of Human Rights published the decisions on the cases of “Ghambaryan v.  Armenia” (application no. 44143/12) and “Popov v. Armenia” (application no. 46049/14). Sitting as a Committee, the Court decided to strike the applications out of its list of cases.
