On 29 November 2018 the European Court of Human Rights published the decisions on the cases of “Ghambaryan v. Armenia” (application no. 44143/12) and “Popov v. Armenia” (application no. 46049/14). Sitting as a Committee, the Court decided to strike the applications out of its list of cases.
