Dear citizens,
An amended version of the Rules of Court, which sets out the conditions for applying to the Court and for lodging a complete and valid application, will come into force on 1 January 2016.
In this connection the Republic of Armenia Government Representation before the European Court of Human Rights presents necessary clarifications for citizens and their lawyers intending to apply to the European Court.
